How It Works

Step 1: Submit Your Materials

Provide us with your manuscript, book cover files, and book metadata (title, description, author name, and keywords).

• Manuscripts: Send your formatted manuscript in Microsoft Word (.docx) or PDF.
• Book Cover: Provide your high-resolution front cover (for ebooks) or full print wrap file (for print).
• File Assistance: If you need assistance creating a responsive EPUB file, let us know and we will assist with conversion.

Step 2: Account Creation & Activation

Our team creates your Draft2Digital publisher account and pays the $20 account activation fee directly. We set up the basic profile and prepare the platform for your title.

Step 3: Book File Upload & Configuration

We upload your manuscript files, configure your cover artwork, set up metadata and categories, and organize your distribution settings according to your preferences.

Step 4: Add Your Payment Information

To ensure your security and privacy, you log in to your activated Draft2Digital account and enter your payment details (such as Direct Deposit/ACH, PayPal, or Payoneer). This ensures that all royalties flow 100% directly from Draft2Digital to you.

Step 5: Final Submission & Launch

Once account setup and payment verification are complete, you can review and submit the book yourself, or our team can click the submit button for you. Your book will be reviewed and distributed across participating stores.
